What’s Included:
Rehearsal Coordination
* Lead the wedding rehearsal and ensure everyone understands their roles
* Communicate the schedule and important details with all vendors ahead of the event
Wedding Day Coordination
* Manage all vendors, including decor, photographer, videographer, and more
* Review the timeline with vendors to guarantee smooth transitions
* Organize escort cards, guest books, personal items, and other essentials
* Conduct a final decor setup inspection to ensure everything is in place
* Distribute flowers to the bridal party and honored guests
* Coordinate with the photographer for the First Look
* Direct the bridal party and ensure proper placement for the ceremony
* Work with musicians/DJ for cueing during the ceremony and reception
* Manage wedding party and honored guest lineup and placement
* Ensure the ceremony and reception start on time
* Oversee the event timeline, including cocktail hour, grand entrance, first dance, and toasts
* Provide seating chart guidance and guest support as needed
* Coordinate transportation of gifts and personal items at the end of the event
* Develop a structured timeline for a smooth, stress-free flow
* Unlimited communication 3–4 months before the wedding
* Four virtual planning meetings to finalize all details

Our Decor Lead ensures your vision comes to life:
* Supervise DIY decor setup and assist with setup and breakdown
* Place personal items or details that your decor vendor may not handle (escort cards, personalized decor, etc.)
* Ensure all decor placement and details align perfectly on your wedding day
Need extra hands for a full-scale DIY decor setup? Additional team members are available at $150 for the first two hours and $40 per hour thereafter.
