When should we book your services?
We recommend booking as soon as your date is secured, especially during peak wedding seasons, to guarantee availability and a stress-free experience.

Are your packages customizable?
Yes! Every wedding is unique. We offer flexible packages that can be tailored to your vision and needs.

What is required to reserve our date?
A signed contract and retainer officially reserve your wedding date. Once booked, we provide a detailed guide to the next steps.

How Does Décor Setup Work?
We specialize in DIY décor setup for weddings. Clients are welcome to purchase their own décor items, and our team will professionally set everything up on your wedding day. Please note, we do not install décor that requires ladders (such as draping or hanging signage) or arches.

For corporate events, décor is typically purchased by our team and included in the overall estimated cost. For other event types, clients may choose to either purchase their own décor or utilize our décor setup service as needed.

Décor setup pricing varies based on the scope of service and event details. To receive a customized estimate, please submit a contact form for more information.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options to make securing your dream wedding coordination stress-free. Request for a payment plan must be made 60 days prior to payment due date.
