Wedding Day Coordination

Final setup walkthrough morning of

Designed for couples who want added planning support and a higher level of involvement leading up to the wedding day.

Includes all services of the Silver Package, plus:

Planning begins at a defined point (commonly 6–8 months out but can be sooner)
Review of existing plans, contracts, and vendor selections
Guidance on remaining decisions and priorities
Budget check-in and spend tracking (no full budget build)
Planning checklists and timeline recommendations

Vendor Coordination

Support sourcing remaining vendors (limited categories)
Contract review support for clarity and alignment
Coordination with booked vendors leading up to the wedding
Final confirmation of vendor logistics and timelines

Design & Details (Light Décor Support)

Review and refinement of your design vision
Guidance on décor elements, layouts, and overall flow
Final walkthrough or layout planning support (virtual or in-person

DAY OF COORDINATION + Décor Lead

ROSE GOLD PACAKAGE - $1,585

Designed for couples who are DIYing their décor and/or want professional support to ensure everything is set up correctly and on schedule.

Includes all services of the Silver Package, plus:

Décor Lead Services (covers any of the following options)

On-site supervision of DIY décor setup and breakdown
Placement of personal items and décor details not handled by vendors (escort cards, signage, specialty items)
Décor setup oversight to ensure placement aligns with your planned design and layout

Full-scale DIY décor support available:

Additional team members: $150 (first two hours), $40/hour thereafter.
